bdt10k Terms and Conditions

The meanings of some important terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the bdt10k website, mobile version and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and balance information.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer or additional credit provided by the platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual Bangladeshi Taka deposited into a user's account.

bdt10k reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of those changes.

The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on bdt10k:

• The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date.
• The user must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their own area.
• Professional players, fraudsters or anyone attempting to gain an advantage using software are strictly prohibited.

In the case of false information provided at registration or violation of the rules, bdt10k reserves the full right to suspend or cancel the account.

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Follow the guidelines below on this matter:

• Keep your password strong and unique, and never share it with anyone.
• Keep your login details (username and password) confidential.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You may not allow any other person to use your account.

bdt10k will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account, unless the user has notified us in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on bdt10k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply:

bdt10k reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request if a fraudulent transaction is suspected.

New members registered on bdt10k receive a welcome bonus. The important terms related to bonuses are listed below:

• A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• The bonus wagering requirement is 20 times (20x).
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus is applicable only once per account. Multiple accounts or different family members from the same device or IP address cannot claim the same bonus.
• bdt10k reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer as needed.
• If misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is proven, the associated account will be cancelled.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Carrying out any form of fraud, manipulation or illegal activity.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Using this platform for money laundering or transfer of illegal funds.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with or access the platform's security systems.
• Misconduct or harassment of other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by minors.

In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, bdt10k reserves the right to immediately close the associated account and confiscate the balance.

The bdt10k VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation. The general terms related to bonuses will also apply to VIP cashback and rewards. bdt10k reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program.

bdt10k places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment only — not a source of income. Our commitment on this matter:

• Age Verification: We always ensure that only those aged 21 or above are able to use this platform.
• Self-Restrictions: Users can set their own deposit limits, bet limits or enable Self-exclusion if they wish.
• Break Facility: The option to temporarily suspend an account is provided as needed.

• Probe or reverse engineer the platform's source code or technical structure.

User information may be shared with third parties in the following cases:

In the event of account cancellation, bdt10k will endeavor to return any applicable balance, however no bonus or promotional credit is refundable.

bdt10k accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by temporary unavailability of the platform or technical errors.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or disclosure of account details.
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (payment providers).
• Loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Force majeure — that is, uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please first inform our customer service team. We strive to resolve all complaints quickly and fairly.

Dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via live chat or email.
• Step 2: Our support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Step 3: Complex matters will be forwarded to our review team.

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may jointly seek the assistance of a third-party mediator.

If any part of these Terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, only that specific part will be void — all remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

These Terms may also be available in English, however the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative document for users in Bangladesh.
